I am teaching Foods 7, 8 and 9 and P.E. 9. I have been teaching at CTR for 24 years and continue enjoy CTR way of education using our four pillars; Faith , learning, safety and caring and stewardship. Students in foods will learn basic kitchen techniques; hygiene and sanitation,knife skills,various cooking techniques saute, braising, roasting, blanching and other techniques to prepare healthy food.
